The Gold Standard for any Classical Pilates practice. We will utilize a combination of reformer, mat, wunda, and/or tower during your session based upon your needs and goals.
This is a completely private, closed-door session.

$45 per session
Super small class sizes, lots of teacher attention! We will use a combination of reformer, mat, and/or tower during this authentic Pilates session.
Class size limited to 3!
Mat Class
$30 per class
It all started here for Joe Pilates. Never underestimate the incredible power of mat work. With no additional support from a piece of equipment, these classes are a challenge at any level!
Class size is limited to 6.
